Free App of the Day!!!!! - Evernote
Evernote
Key features of Evernote:
● Create text, photo and audio notes
● Auto-synchronize your notes to your Mac, PC, and Web
● Magically makes text within snapshots searchable
● Mark notes as "Favorite" for quick access
● All notes include geo-location information for mapping and search
✶ Premium Feature: File Synchronization - add, sync, access, and share files (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT, and more) among the different versions of Evernote you use
This is an awesome app I use everyday!!! It’s a note taking app. There are three ways to create a new note. You can use the iPhones Camera and take a picture( you can also pull from your camera roll if you have an old pic to use), you can Type a note and you can create a Voice note. Once you have created a note you have the ability to ad tags to it so you can locate easily later and you can create groups for you notes (ex receipts, things to buy, to-do). You have the ability to mark notes as favorites for those frequently needed notes. Last but not least…..its actually my favorite feature is that Evernote syncs with a desktop application that works for both MAC and PC. Both the iPhone app and Desktop app sync to and web-server. So by using Evernote you can access your notes on your phone, your computer or a friends computer so no matter where you go you can get your notes.
Here are some ways to use Evernote for your personal and professional life:
● For research and class notes
● To capture blog ideas and design inspiration
● To stay in-sync with your desktop notes, web clips, and files
● To snap photos of whiteboards and wine labels
● As part of your GTD system to help you stay organized
● To record voice memos
This app is Free!!! as is the desktop version and membership to the website so download it now!
